Stop Bedwetting

The first thing to remember is that you are not alone

Bedwetting is more common than many parents may think.

  • 16% of 5 year olds and 10% of 7 year olds regularly wet the bed - having at least 1 wet night over a 3-month period

For some children bedwetting can be much more frequent - with at least 2 wet nights a week. This can cause anxiety for them and their families - along with the additional considerations of sleep disturbance and extra washing.

Help is at hand!

Through our website you will find a range of downloadable leaflets with practical guidance and information to help you understand more about bedwetting and help you explain the condition to younger children.

You will also be able to find out about a number of self-help techniques and a range of treatment options that may be available from the doctor.

We hope you find this site useful and that it is the first step in helping you overcome bedwetting.
